NWMO – Site Selection Process for Used Nuclear Fuel

NWMO is responsible for the deployment of a long term management plan for used nuclear fuel in Canada. One of the most vital aspects of the plan is the location in which the used nuclear fuel will be stored.  The way the location will be selected can be explained in the NWMO: Siting Process.

Please click NWMO: Siting Process to learn more about the site selection process used to identify potential locations for used nuclear fuel.
