In August 1991, Canada, Ontario, and 6 First Nations, including Rocky Bay, signed the Land and Larger Land Base Negotiations Framework Agreement.
Canada, Ontario, and the First Nation signed an Agreement-in-Principle (AIP) in 1998. Drafting of the Final Agreement is underway.
