We are presently looking for:
Helper
Under the supervision of the Foreman and the Driller, the Helper fulfills an assistive role within a diamond drill operation.
Specifically, the Helper:
- Performs varied manual tasks associated with the drilling operation;
- Maintains required inventory levels and runs errands as instructed by Driller or Foreman;
- Is scheduled to work 28 days, followed by 14 days off.
To fill this position, the ideal candidate:
- Is knowledge in the field of diamond drilling (considered an asset);
- Is bilingual (French / English) (considered an asset);
- Possesses a valid Class G driver’s license;
- Demonstrates independence and resourcefulness;
- Has completed Grade 12 or equivalent
The selected candidates are required to pass a medical examination and drug screening prior to employment.
